This contributor license agreement applies to contributions submitted to Agentic Praxis Grimoire.
Contributors retain copyright in their contributions.
By submitting a contribution to Agentic Praxis Grimoire, you grant Samuel Leighton Lair, as Agentic Praxis Grimoire project steward, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, distribute, and otherwise exploit your contribution as part of Agentic Praxis Grimoire.
This copyright grant includes the right to license, sublicense, and relicense your contribution as part of Agentic Praxis Grimoire under:
By submitting a contribution to Agentic Praxis Grimoire, you grant Samuel Leighton Lair, as Agentic Praxis Grimoire project steward, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge,royalty-free, irrevocable patent license under patent claims you own or control that are necessarily infringed by your contribution alone or by combination of your contribution with Agentic Praxis Grimoire.
This patent license permits Samuel Leighton Lair, as Agentic Praxis Grimoire project steward, to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, and relicense your contribution as part of Agentic Praxis Grimoire, including under AGPL-3.0-or-later and commercial licenses.
Downstream recipients receive patent rights only under the Agentic Praxis Grimoire license they receive, such as AGPL-3.0-or-later or a separate commercial license granted by Samuel Leighton Lair or an authorized successor.
You represent that each contribution is your original work or that you have the authority to submit it under these terms. If your employer or another party has rights in the contribution, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit it.
Each pull request must include this explicit acknowledgment in the pull request body:

A Signed-off-by line may be included, but it does not replace this explicit pull request acknowledgment.
