APG14 v0.2.0 Release Candidate and Publication Exit

Disposition

Published — pending fresh-session smoke

Authority and accepted input

The human maintainer authorized APG14 to accept APG13, correct two evidence classifications, prepare and review one release-source commit, build and verify the deterministic v0.2.0 projection, atomically publish public main and the annotated v0.2.0 tag, fast-forward the existing public-backed integration source, validate the resulting state, push private development, and produce managed reports. APG13 is accepted as complete with six stable skills.

Record correction

APG9 is now correctly recorded as an implementation and debugging non-trigger. Its documentation, reconciliation, decommission, bounded inspection, review, integration observation, smoke, and roadmap work did not constitute behavioral implementation or investigation of an unexplained defect. The correction was independently reviewed and changes no skill, frozen result, final review, correction count, or stable disposition.

Release result

Public v0.2.0 contains the six stable APG skills and the accepted APG10 through APG13 development outcomes. Two builds from the same committed source, exact v0.1.0 base, timestamp, version, and publisher identity produced identical manifests, trees, commits, and annotated tag objects. Candidate validation and isolated user-scope lifecycle checks passed. Independent source, candidate, public-diff, integration-plan, and complete-diff reviews found no unresolved blocker or material finding.

The public repository advances by exactly one squashed Release v0.2.0 commit whose sole parent is preserved v0.1.0 and by one new annotated v0.2.0 tag. The atomic dry-run and normal atomic push cover only public main and that tag. Live-remote and fresh-checkout validation confirm exact lineage, projection, policy, tests, licensing, notices, confidentiality, links, and six stable catalog rows. Public v0.1.0 remains present and unchanged.

Active integration

The existing public checkout fast-forwards cleanly from v0.1.0 to v0.2.0. Aggregate integration link objects and raw targets remain unchanged, resolved skill content matches public v0.2.0, and shell-level skill-library and source checks pass. No user-state migration, Codex configuration change, unrelated user-skill mutation, or target-repository mutation occurs.

Scope preservation

Reference and RepoMap remain read-only and unchanged. Superpowers remains retired. APG14 changes no SKILL.md, stable maturity row, schema version, command surface, dependency, plugin, registry, daemon, hosted service, or release-history architecture. It creates no v0.3 plan or successor epic.

Remaining external observation

Fresh-session discovery and explicit invocation after a full Codex restart are pending external observation. Shell state cannot establish that application result, and APG14 does not restart the running application or claim the smoke passed.

Terminal outcome:

The smallest next external action is to restart Codex, open a fresh task, confirm discovery of all six public v0.2.0 skills, and explicitly invoke a representative skill. No automatic successor phase begins.

Subsequent external application disposition

The maintainer later completed the requested full application restart and fresh-session smoke and reported that it passed. This closes the pending current-state observation while preserving the historical terminal outcome above. No exact user-interface log, timestamp, invocation telemetry, or duplicate-source evidence was supplied or inferred.
