APG18A Python-Profile Current-State Documentation Correction Exit

Disposition

Complete — Python-profile current-state documentation reconciled

Scope and outcome

APG18A accepts APG18 in substance and corrects publishable current owners that still described the APG17 eight-skill state, ADR 0012 as proposed, or only the router and synthesis skill as provisional development additions.

README and the project-projection, user-integration, public-release, and roadmap owners now state the accepted APG18 state: nine canonical skills, nine relative projections, six stable and three provisional rows, eight routable non-router map entries, and router, synthesis, and Python as known-unmanaged development skills. Project and user lifecycle commands and the public-release policy still own exactly the six stable v0.2 skills.

Bounded subsequent-correction notes in the APG18 evaluation and exit identify the stale-current-owner class without rewriting historical APG15 through APG17 records.

Preservation

All nine skills, the capability map, catalog maturity, projection targets, distribution helpers, public policy, schema versions, public v0.2 release, active integration, reference repository, and RepoMap checkout remain unchanged. No threshold, test, behavior, maturity, dependency, plugin, state, release, private skill, or root guidance changed.

Review and validation

One fresh read-only reviewer inspected the complete change and accepted the current-owner correction after verifying the stale-claim scan, historical record boundary, protected hashes, 9/9/9 development and 6/6/6 public checker results, privacy, exact changed paths, clean external state, and APG19 gate.

Markdown headings, fences, local links, public/private independence, confidentiality, ADR and exit sequence, and Git unstaged and staged whitespace checks passed. Source-code tests were intentionally not run because this phase changes documentation only.

Next authority

The maintainer’s APG18A-then-APG19 assignment conditionally authorizes APG19 only after this correction is independently accepted, committed, pushed, remote-equal, and represented by complete schema-valid managed reports. Application smoke remains deferred to APG23/APG24. No phase after APG19 is authorized.

External disposition requested

No additional human confirmation or application smoke is requested between APG18A and APG19. Begin APG19 only after every APG18A closure gate passes.
