No combined, full, readiness, smoke, or release suite runs. The phase changes only APG records and one private skill-discovery tree, so focused record, library, privacy, Markdown, link, whitespace, and private path-scope checks are the proportional gate.
APG development remains twenty-two canonical skills, twenty-two catalog rows, and twenty-two flat projections with fourteen stable and eight provisional rows. Public and active v0.3.0 remain nineteen-skill immutable surfaces. RepoMap, the APG reference repository, ordinary Codex skills, application configuration, databases, graph state, Nix state, and deployments remain unchanged.
No personal content entered public APG. The APG30 bounded Red-size exception received no growth, no mandatory router chain was created, and no unapproved private path changed.
The maintainer must fully restart Codex and perform the required external post-transition smoke before a later assignment records or corrects the client-discovery result.
No phase after APG31 is authorized. Remaining profile slices, readiness, compatibility remediation, v0.4.0 release work, and any caller-route correction remain separate future decisions.
APG31A records the maintainer-reported external smoke result as pass. The
post-transition application restart and refreshed discovery succeeded:
docs-only-change-hygiene remained absent, all twenty-two APG development
skills remained discoverable, the ChatGPT subrouter and nested manager leaf
remained source-qualified, and no unrelated personal-skill disappearance was
reported.
APG31 remains historically Partial. APG31A owns the later caller corrections and independent terminal dispositions for the two transitions that were deferred here.
