Combined, full, readiness, smoke, release, publication, source, and target repository suites are intentionally not run. APG31A changes APG records and bounded private guidance only; focused record, library, caller, restoration, privacy, Markdown, link, and whitespace checks are proportional.
APG development remains twenty-two canonical skills, twenty-two catalog rows, and twenty-two flat projections with fourteen stable and eight provisional rows. Public and active v0.3.0 remain immutable nineteen-skill surfaces. RepoMap, the APG reference repository, ordinary APG skills, application configuration, databases, graph state, Nix state, and deployments remain unchanged.
No private source wording, path, caller identity, machine policy, commit identity, restoration object, delivery mechanic, or unrelated state enters public APG.
APG32 may begin only after the APG31A commit, managed Git-show and associated operational records, push, remote equality, and final no-material-finding review all pass. A Partial result may continue only when its unresolved condition is demonstrated not to affect Minitest ownership, routing, privacy, testing, or release policy.
No phase after APG32 is authorized.
